Dr. Bushong has a Ph.D. , a Masters of Science, and a bachelors. He currently is a tenured associate professor of forensics and criminal justice at Florida A&M University, Florida's only public Historically Black University (HBCU). He's been there since 2018.
Dr. Bushong provides instruction to graduate and undergraduate students in the following topics:
Theories of criminal behavior, forensic behavior analysis, statistics in criminal justice, cases in corrections, contemporary issues in corrections, law and social control, patterns of criminal behavior, juvenile justice, domestic violence, police and society, forensic science, forensic death investigation, environmental law and crime, American court systems, American criminal procedure, child abuse, criminal law and evidence, and forensic entomology.
